Bahrain Strengthens Humanitarian Coordination in Meeting Between Ambassador to Egypt and RHF

Bahrain’s humanitarian outreach efforts took centre stage during a meeting between Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, and Ebrahim Dallal Al Dossary, Acting Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF).

The meeting focused on following up on Bahrain’s humanitarian initiatives abroad, while reviewing the Foundation’s leading role and exploring opportunities for enhanced cooperation and coordination.

Ambassador Zainal praised the efforts of His Majesty Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Honorary President of RHF, highlighting his role in establishing and supporting the Foundation. She also commended RHF on its 25th anniversary, describing its legacy as a model of humanitarian work that reflects His Majesty’s vision and commitment to global humanitarian values.

During the discussions, Al Dossary outlined Bahrain’s key humanitarian initiatives and projects, including RHF’s contribution to Operation Gallant Knight 3, carried out in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates via Al Arish Airport to support the people of the Gaza Strip.

He reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to expanding its relief and development efforts beyond Bahrain, with the aim of alleviating suffering and strengthening the Kingdom’s humanitarian presence internationally.

Al Dossary also expressed appreciation for the continued support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, for facilitating procedures and ensuring the effective delivery of humanitarian aid to beneficiaries worldwide.
