During the same period, approximately 33,400 job vacancies were announced through the national employment platform, covering a wide range of specializations and qualifications within the private sector.
The ministry emphasized that the implementation of the directive issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to provide three job opportunities for every registered job seeker, contributed significantly to employment outcomes. As a result, 4,746 Bahrainis secured jobs within just three months.
In terms of workforce participation, the total number of Bahrainis employed in the private sector exceeded 105,000, reflecting continued growth and movement within the labor market.

This was followed by those with a secondary education or below, totaling 3,777 job seekers, and diploma holders at 1,049. Overall, female job seekers accounted for 10,950, compared to 4,483 males.
Age distribution figures showed that the majority of job seekers fell within the 20 to 29 age group. Specifically, 5,393 individuals were aged between 20 and 24, while 5,612 were between 25 and 29. Other age groups included 1,098 job seekers aged 18 to 19, and smaller numbers across older age brackets.
The ministry also highlighted employment trends within the private sector. In 2025, 9,149 individuals entered the workforce for the first time, while 7,166 were previously employed but had been unemployed for over six months.
