Royal address praised for reinforcing unity and stability

Shura Council member Ali Al-Shehabi praised the address delivered by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, saying it carried important national messages that reflect Bahrain’s firm commitment to peace, cooperation and good neighbourly relations.

Al-Shehabi said the speech highlighted the strong national cohesion that characterises Bahraini society and reaffirmed the Kingdom’s steady approach based on dialogue, stability and mutual respect.

Values

He noted that the emphasis on unity, coexistence and tolerance reflects the long-standing civilised values upon which Bahraini society is built. These principles, he said, have played a key role in preserving stability and supporting the Kingdom’s ongoing development.

Al-Shehabi added that community unity remains one of Bahrain’s greatest strengths in facing challenges.

Security

He also commended the address for recognizing the Bahrain Defence Force and security agencies for their vigilance in protecting the country and ensuring the safety of citizens and residents.

Al-Shehabi further pointed to Gulf and international solidarity with Bahrain, saying it reflects the Kingdom’s respected standing regionally and globally.
