Bahrain Condemns Iranian Attacks on US Embassy Buildings in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting the United States Embassy buildings in both the Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, describing them as blatant violations of international laws and diplomatic norms.

In a statement, the ministry said the attacks represent a serious breach of international conventions, particularly the Geneva Conventions and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which guarantee full protection and immunity for diplomatic missions, their premises, and staff even during times of armed conflict.

Bahrain affirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, expressing strong support for the measures both countries take to safeguard their sovereignty, security, and stability, as well as to protect their territories, citizens, and residents.

The ministry stressed that the security of the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council is indivisible, highlighting the unity and shared destiny among GCC nations.

Bahrain also renewed its call on the international community to assume its responsibilities and act to stop such attacks, warning that they pose a serious threat to regional and international peace and security.
