Kingdom of Bahrain Receives Credentials of Four New Ambassadors

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, received today the credentials of four newly appointed ambassadors to the Kingdom during an official ceremony held at Al Sakhir Palace.

His Majesty received the letters of credence of Mr Hadi Hashem, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic, Mr Nasser bin Abdullah Al Nasr, Ambassador of the State of Qatar, Mr Jennis Jaime Galanga, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines, and Ms Stephanie Lin Hallett, Ambassador of the United States of America.

During the ceremony, His Majesty the King exchanged welcoming remarks with the new ambassadors, praising the strong bilateral relations that bind the Kingdom of Bahrain with their brotherly and friendly countries. His Majesty highlighted the advanced level these relations have reached across political, economic and cultural fields, and wished the ambassadors every success in their diplomatic missions to further strengthen cooperation and friendship with Bahrain.

The ambassadors conveyed to His Majesty the King the greetings and appreciation of the leaders of their respective countries, along with their sincere wishes for His Majesty’s continued health and happiness, and for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity. They commended the positive and constructive relations linking their countries with Bahrain in various sectors.

The credential presentation ceremony was attended by His Highness the Personal Representative of His Majesty the King, His Highness the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, the Minister of the Royal Court, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Chief of Royal Protocol.

The newly appointed ambassadors arrived at Al Sakhir Palace separately, where they were received by the Chief of Royal Protocol, and the customary ceremonial arrangements were carried out in accordance with established diplomatic traditions.
