Man jailed after using stolen cards to buy luxury car

TDT | Manama The High Criminal Court has sentenced an Arab national to three years in prison and fined him BD3,000 after convicting him of using stolen foreign-issued bank cards.
The court also ordered his permanent deportation following the conviction, which stemmed from an attempt to purchase a luxury vehicle from a car dealership in the kingdom.
The defendant attempted to complete part of the vehicle’s payment using stolen bank cards through an electronic payment link.
