Major sewage network project in Arad completed

Ministry of Works has announced completion of a sewage network project in Block 246 and part of Block 241 in the Arad area of Muharraq Governorate.
Project forms part of ongoing plans to develop infrastructure and enhance service efficiency in line with residents’ needs.
Sewage services are now provided to 320 properties, including 240 developed plots and 80 undeveloped plots.
Works included construction of 4,865 metres of main sewage lines and 2,334 metres of branch lines, along with installation of 478 main and branch inspection chambers.
Road paving works linked to project phases were also completed.
Ministry reaffirmed commitment to developing infrastructure in line with urban growth across the governorates, aiming to expand public sewage network connections.
