KCA-BFC Indian Talent Scan 2025 Arts Festival Concludes, Set for December 12 Grand Finale

The KCA-BFC Indian Talent Scan 2025 Arts Festival, which saw the enthusiastic participation of over 1,200 children of Indian origin, has successfully concluded. The event, which commenced on October 18, showcased the talents of students from more than 10 schools across Bahrain in over 180 items spanning categories like Dance, Music, Arts & Crafts, and Literature. The competitions were held across five age groups, with team events in the Junior and Senior categories registering record participation. To ensure high standards, classical dance items were evaluated by expert judges flown in from India.

In the individual categories, Gayathri Sudheer (New Millennium School) was selected as the Kalathilakam (Arts Queen) with 101 points, and Shaurya Sreejith (The Asian School) was named the Kalaprathibha (Arts Prodigy) with 77 points. Furthermore, Excellence Awards were conferred upon Ayana Suji (Natya Ratna for Dance), Arjun Raj (Sangeetha Ratna for Music), Anliya Rajesh (Kala Ratna for Arts & Crafts), and Priyamvada N.S. (Sahitya Ratna for Literature). The winners in the Group Championships were Devakripa Krishnaprasad T., Nihara Milan, Punya Shaji, Vaiga Prashant, and Priyamvada N.S. The KCA Special Championship Awards were bagged by Ida Jith and Joan Sijo.

To brief the media about the successful conclusion and the upcoming finale, a press meet was held, attended by Simi Leo (ITS Chairperson), Joyal Jose (ITS Vice Chairman), K M Thomas (ITS Vice Chairman), Leo Joseph (Ex Officio), Anand Nair (Business Development Officer-BFC), James John (President -KCA), Vinu Christy (General Secretary-KCA), and Jince Joseph (Lounge Secretary).  

The Grand Finale and Awards Distribution Ceremony will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the KCA-VKL Auditorium in Segayya. Talent Scan Chairperson Simi Leo announced that State Film Award winner for Best Actress and cinema star Vincy Aloshious will be the Chief Guest, distributing over 800 trophies and participation certificates to all contestants. KCA President James John stated that the high standard and exciting participation have established this competition as the prime talent event for Indian children in Bahrain. KCA General Secretary Vinu Christy extended gratitude to everyone who contributed to the event's massive success.
