Culture and Commerce: Indian Embassy Spotlights Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Delhi

The Indian Embassy in Bahrain, as part of its ongoing ‘Focus State/Union Territory’ initiative, inaugurated dedicated display walls in the Consular Hall, showcasing the tourism attractions and “One District One Product” (ODOP) scheme items from the states of Uttarakhand, Haryana, and the Union Territory of Delhi.
Ambassador of India H.E. Vinod K. Jacob formally inaugurated the display in the presence of members from the respective expatriate communities. Ambassador Jacob stated that this twomonth focus will allow all Indians and friends of India in Bahrain an opportunity to appreciate the culture of these states and explore potential commercial links, continuing a successful initiative that has previously featured regions including Rajasthan, Kashmir, and Tamil Nadu.
