New Committee Launched to Empower Young Talent in Bahrain
His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, praised the Ministry of Works for launching the Youth Innovation and Excellence Committee. He described the initiative as a pioneering step in line with the strategic plan to empower youth in both public and private sectors, issued by His Highness.
His Highness commended the ministry’s efforts to harness young talent, involve them in improving the work environment, and promote a culture of innovation and institutional excellence. He also encouraged other government and private entities to follow this exemplary initiative, contributing to national goals of empowering young professionals.
The committee aims to create a stimulating work environment for youth through development initiatives and projects, ongoing training and professional programs, and direct communication channels between leadership and young staff. These efforts are expected to enhance skills and document their achievements locally and internationally.
