Entrepreneurship and financial literacy training course resumes

The second session of the Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Training took place successfully at Orange Tower in Manama.
A total of 43 Filipinos attended this ongoing course, which spans four Fridays organised by the Pinay Ikaw Na (PIN), headed by Ms. Dinah Sta. Ana, and Eagle Mind Consultancies.
This four-week course is aimed at equipping Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) with essential tools and knowledge for a successful reintegration process.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Ilene Valian A. Agana, the CEO of Eagle Mind Consultancies, a renowned entrepreneur training soecialist who guided the participants through the essential aspects of financial management, business planning, and the development of an entrepreneurial mindset, providing them with the necessary tools for a sustainable reintegration journey.
The informative lecture highlighted the significance of financial discipline, strategic planning, and entrepreneurial growth in facilitating a successful reintegration after working abroad.
Participants expressed their gratitude for the practical insights shared, particularly in the business segment, which resonated with their aspirations to establish small enterprises either locally or in the Philippines.
Numerous officers from Pinay Ikaw Na were also in attendance to offer support throughout the training. The training aims to empower Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) by equipping them for financial independence and future entrepreneurial opportunities in the Philippines.
The concluding sessions of the course are set to take place in the upcoming weeks, culminating in a presentation of business proposals by the trainees.
