HM King Hamad Exchanges Festive Greetings with Leaders of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, held a series of telephone conversations today with regional leaders to exchange warm greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
His Majesty spoke with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During their call, the two leaders extended heartfelt congratulations and blessings to each other and to the people of both nations. They prayed for continued prosperity, unity, and advancement for their countries and the wider Arab and Islamic worlds.
In a separate call, His Majesty King Hamad also spoke with His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Along with exchanging Eid greetings, President El-Sisi extended his congratulations to Bahrain for its recent election to a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council for the 2026–2027 term. He praised the Kingdom’s growing international stature and its vital role in promoting global peace and stability, wishing Bahrain continued success and progress.
Rounding off the day’s diplomatic exchanges, His Majesty King Hamad connected with His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The leaders shared well wishes on the joyous occasion, praying that Eid brings growth, peace, and prosperity to their peoples and to the broader Islamic and Arab nations.
These exchanges underscore Bahrain’s strong ties with its regional allies and the shared values that unite their leadership, especially in moments of faith and festivity.
