Supreme Council of Health Chairman congratulates her on prestigious role

His Excellency Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health, welcomed Dr. Nasreen Al Sayed, Consultant in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Lipid Disorders, to extend his congratulations on her appointment as the President of the Africa and Middle East Region of the International Atherosclerosis Society (IAS).

The meeting was also attended by Dr. Mariam Hermes Al Hajri, Vice President of the Bahrain Diabetes Society.

At the outset of the meeting, His Excellency extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Al Sayed, expressing pride in her achievement and her representation of the Kingdom of Bahrain on prominent regional and international medical platforms. His Excellency highlighted the vital role played by the International Atherosclerosis Society in promoting health awareness and scientific research in the field of vascular and lipid-related diseases.
