RHF and University of Bahrain Launch Engineering Challenge to Inspire Student Innovation

His Excellency Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), welcomed Dr. Shaikha Hiyfa bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Bahrain, along with a delegation of college officials, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community partnerships and foster collaboration between the Foundation and the University.
During the meeting, discussions focused on launching a special competition for engineering students at the University of Bahrain. The initiative aims to engage students in designing and planning projects for the Foundation, encouraging their participation in shaping future humanitarian development plans while nurturing innovation and instilling humanitarian values.
The Foundation also announced the allocation of incentive awards for the winning project, as a way to support students and motivate them to present exceptional engineering concepts that align with the RHF’s mission and humanitarian objectives.
