His Majesty King Hamad Commends Armed Forces in a Patriotic Address

The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority organized a special gathering yesterday, during which His Majesty the King, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, delivered a heartfelt address to the nation’s military personnel.

In his speech, His Majesty expressed deep gratitude and pride in the unwavering commitment and noble efforts of Bahrain’s Armed Forces in fulfilling their duties with honor and dedication.

"We are pleased, during these ongoing gatherings with our valiant armed forces, to express our appreciation for your noble efforts and great contributions in the fields of national duty and military honor," His Majesty stated.

He emphasized the troops’ readiness to make sacrifices for the nation, and their pivotal role in safeguarding Bahrain’s interests, values, and heritage. His Majesty praised the high national spirit and constant preparedness of the military, underscoring their role as defenders of Bahrain’s dignity and progress.

"It is no surprise that you are the nation’s solid shield, its loyal sons, and the keepers of trust and duty. This makes you, with God’s grace, deserving of this great responsibility in all circumstances," he said.

His Majesty extended special thanks to all members of the Bahrain Defence Force — officers, non-commissioned officers, and personnel — led by Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF. He praised their courage and professionalism in maintaining the country’s security, stability, and prosperity.

"Your sincere efforts are deeply appreciated and continuously supported. They remain a source of pride and honor for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people," he affirmed.

The address concluded with prayers for continued guidance and success for the Armed Forces. Following the speech, His Majesty hosted a luncheon in honor of the attendees.
