10 Family Members, Including 5 Children, Killed in Lima House Fire

Lima : Ten members of the same family, including five children, have died after a fire tore through their home in the La Victoria district of Peru's capital, Lima.
The victims included children aged between three and 15 and four adults aged 29 to 72. Two other people were reportedly injured, while seven of the 17 family members inside the building managed to escape.
Police are investigating whether the fire was deliberately started. The family, which made mattresses and owned electric motorcycles, had reportedly received threats and demands for extortion payments.
Neighbours said motorcycles parked outside the home may have been set on fire, with the flames quickly spreading to flammable materials used in mattress production.
