Prophet’s Mosque Welcomes Pilgrims After Hajj with Comprehensive Services

The Prophet’s Mosque has welcomed thousands of pilgrims arriving after completing their Hajj rituals, supported by an integrated system of services designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless worship experience.

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has deployed a wide range of operational and guidance services to assist visitors. These include spatial guidance programmes, information centres, multilingual inquiry services, and digital awareness initiatives that help pilgrims navigate the mosque’s facilities and access available services.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the authority has also strengthened on-ground support through dedicated field teams working around the clock. Their responsibilities include providing Zamzam water, maintaining and cleaning facilities, carrying out sanitisation operations, and offering assistance to elderly worshippers and people with disabilities.

The extensive services reflect Saudi Arabia’s continued commitment to serving pilgrims and visitors, ensuring their comfort and facilitating a smooth spiritual journey at one of Islam’s holiest sites following the completion of Hajj.
