US Citizen Sentenced in Germany for Offering Sensitive Information to China
A U.S. citizen has been sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for attempting to share sensitive information with China while serving as a civilian contractor at a U.S. military base in Germany.
The defendant, identified only in part as Martin D., was tried at a court in Koblenz, western Germany. Some parts of the proceedings were conducted behind closed doors due to the sensitive nature of the case.
