Priyanka Chopra Jonas Transforms into Fierce Pirate “Bloody Mary” in The Bluff
Washington: Priyanka Chopra Jonas has revealed her first look as a pirate in her upcoming film The Bluff, co-starring Karl Urban. Chopra plays “Bloody Mary”, a mother, protector, and former pirate whose past comes back to challenge her.
The Amazon MGM Studios film, produced by the Russo Brothers and directed by Frank E. Flowers, also stars Temuera Morrison. Chopra says the movie aims to portray pirates realistically, inspired by real-life figures like Irish pirate Grace O’Malley.
Set in the Cayman Islands but filmed in Australia, The Bluff mixes action, drama and a diverse cast reflecting the global nature of 1700s piracy. It is set to premiere on Prime Video on February 25, 2026.
