Saudi Arabia has once again condemned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent remarks on the displacement of Palestinians, emphasizing the Kingdom’s firm stance against such statements. The Saudi Foreign Ministry described Netanyahu’s comments as an attempt to distract from Israel’s ongoing military actions in Gaza, stressing that the Palestinian people have an irrefutable historical and legal right to their land.
The statement further highlighted that Israel’s policies, which have resulted in widespread destruction in Gaza, are rooted in a dangerous ideology. Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its support for the Palestinian cause, calling for a peaceful resolution based on a two-state solution, in line with international law and justice.
The Kingdom also expressed appreciation for the condemnation of Netanyahu’s remarks from other Arab nations, including Egypt, Jordan, and the UAE, all of whom reiterated their opposition to Israel’s provocative rhetoric. Egypt, in particular, condemned any suggestion of establishing a Palestinian state on Saudi soil, emphasizing the Kingdom’s sovereignty and security.
In conclusion, Saudi Arabia reaffirmed that no matter the challenges, the Palestinian people's right to their land will remain intact, and peace can only be achieved through mutual respect and the establishment of a viable Palestinian state alongside Israel.
