ASU to Launch the 6th Edition of the International Conference on Decision Aid Science and Applications (DASA 2025)

Applied Science University (ASU) will host the 6th edition of the International Conference on Decision Aid Science and Applications (DASA 2025) on 1–2 December 2025, in the presence of H.E. Dr Diana Abdulkarim Al Jahromi, Higher Education Council (HEC) Secretary General..

This year’s edition will welcome more than 1,800 researchers from 49 countries, presenting over 430 peer-reviewed scientific papers across parallel, hybrid, and online sessions. The conference brings together leading experts in artificial intelligence, optimisation, analytics, and decision-making sciences—fields that are increasingly shaping global industry, public policy, and digital transformation.

DASA 2025 has grown into one of the region’s most significant platforms for sharing scientific advancements, presenting innovative applications, and exploring emerging trends in decision aid sciences. Its broad international participation underscores the Kingdom of Bahrain’s rising prominence on the global academic and research map.

The event will feature keynote presentations by renowned scholars, including Professor Colin Turner of Heriot-Watt University (UK) and Dr Jean-Christophe Hauguel of ISC Paris Business School.

During the conference, ASU will also sign a Memorandum of Understanding with ISC Paris, aimed at enhancing collaboration in research, academic development, and student mobility.
