In a heartwarming celebration of Children’s Day, New Millennium School, Bahrain, marked the occasion on 13th November 2025, with a series of exciting activities designed to delight and engage students. The day was filled with joy, laughter, and educational fun, emphasizing the value of childhood and the importance of fostering a nurturing learning environment.
The day began with special assemblies organized by the teachers, which were held across different grade levels. These assemblies were carefully crafted to celebrate the innocence and boundless potential of children. Teachers took on roles of storytellers and performers, delighting the students with tales of adventure, fun, and moral lessons.
In keeping with the spirit of Children’s Day, the school declared the day as a Bagless Day, encouraging students to take a break from their regular academic routine. Instead of routine textbook learning, students were engaged in a series of skill-based activities, craft corners, academic games, storytelling sessions, life-skill demonstrations, and collaborative projects curated by the teachers of all departments.
The celebration culminated with the distribution of thoughtful gifts to every student. The gesture was a reminder of the school’s commitment to the students’ overall well-being and growth.
Principal, Dr. Arun Kuumar Sharma, in his heartwarming and loving message addressed to the students, blessed them and exhorted them to dedicate themselves to the service to mankind by following the path of honesty, truth and harmony.
