The Indian School’s annual youth festival, Tarang 2025, commenced with a series of non-stage literary and art events, bringing vibrant energy and creativity to the campus. Setting the tone for weeks of enthusiastic participation and artistic expression, essay writing contests were held in several languages, including Malayalam, French, Hindi, Tamil, and Urdu. In addition, students took part in English short story writ- ing and a painting competition.

Participants from various levels displayed their talents and language skills, making the opening day a lively and promising start to the festival. The English essay writing competition was held on September 29 at the Isa Town campus for all levels.

The stage events of the festival will be inaugurated on Friday, October 9 at the Jashanmal auditorium in the Isa Town campus. The formal inauguration will be followed by a folk dance performance, adding a festive flair to the proceedings. Events will be conducted across seven venues spread between the Isa Town and Riffa campuses. At the Riffa campus, classical individual dance performances such as Bharatanatyam and Kathak will be held. The stage competitions are scheduled to take place on October 10, 11, 12, and 13, while the debate and quiz events are planned for October 18 and 25.
