Young bowlers set for Asian challenge
Bahrain’s delegation at the Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championships
Bahrain’s youth bowling team have departed for Jakarta, Indonesia, to compete in the 25th Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championships.
The continental event will be held at the Jaya Ancol Bowling Center from August 21 to 30, bringing together some of Asia’s leading young bowlers.
Bahrain’s delegation is headed by Bahrain Bowling Federation secretary-general Isa Taqi, while Mohammed Janahi will coach the team.
Seven bowlers will represent the kingdom: Khalifa Hamad Al Thawadi, Faisal Bader Sameer, Abdulkarim Mohammed Abdulkarim Al Jahrami, Ali Ahmed Aqeel Al Awadhi, Ali Hussain Sabt, Sultan Mohammed Janahi and Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Mudhaki.
