Bahrain Drawn in Gulf U23 Championship Group

Bahrain’s Olympic football team has been drawn into Group A of the Gulf U23 Championship, set to take place in Doha from December 4 to 16. The group features hosts Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
The draw was conducted on Tuesday via video conference, with representatives from all eight participating Gulf nations in attendance. Group B will see Iraq, the UAE, Oman, and Yemen compete.
The Bahrain squad is led by coach Ali Majid, who began his tenure with the team during the Asian Cup qualifiers in September.
