Record £53.5m pot with £3m each for singles champions

The prize pool for Wimbledon 2025 has reached a record-breaking £53.5 million ($71.63 million / BD 27.03 million), a 7% increase from last year. This year’s men’s and women’s singles champions will each receive £3 million ($4.01 million / BD 1.52 million), the largest winner’s cheque in the tournament’s history.

The Championships take place from June 30 to July 13 in London, as the third Grand Slam of the year. Last year’s winners, Carlos Alcaraz and Barbora Krejcikova, earned £2.7 million each ($3.61 million / BD 1.37 million).

Singles prize breakdown (Men’s & Women’s):

  • First round: £66,000 ($88,221 / BD 33,456)

  • Third round: £152,000 ($203,177 / BD 77,072)

  • Round of 16: £240,000 ($320,913 / BD 121,646)
