St Chris staff ‘Walk To Work’ to raise awareness for ‘World Down Syndrome Day’
World Down Syndrome Day is marked on worldwide on 21 March. Every year, people across the world come up with innovative ways to raise funds, and awareness, for this cause.
St Christopher’s staff and students have arranged some creative ways of supporting this very worthy cause this year.
Recently 21 members of staff left Saar at 4.30 am and walked to the Senior School campus in Isa Town to raise awareness. The journey took them 2 hours and 20mins!
The school will also be holding a t-shirt design competition. The winning design will be worn by staff and students on March 21.
