Beacon Private School partners with Green Innova Partner to become first net-zero school in Bahrain

Beacon Private School announced its collaboration with Green Innova, a leading Bahraini specialised company in solar energy, as part of its commitment to becoming the first net-zero school in Bahrain.

This partnership aligns seamlessly with Bahrain’s Sustainability Vision 2060, showcasing both organisations’ dedication to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

The collaboration will see the implementation of a cutting-edge solar system provided by Green Innova, marking a significant milestone in Beacon Private School’s journey towards sustainability.

By harnessing solar energy, the school aims to not only reduce its carbon footprint but also set an example for educational institutions across the nation. A signing ceremony was held in the presence of senior officials from both sides, in addition to Nieves Segovia, President of SEK Education Group – the operator of Beacon Private School.

“Together, we are paving the way for a more sustainable future, in line with Bahrain’s vision for 2060, and building a role model for our students in this industry,” said Dinis Costa, Head of Beacon Private School.
