AIB & BDF announce Medical Finance deal

Al Baraka Islamic Bank (AIB) , has recently signed an agreement with the Bahrain Defense Force Military Hospital (BDF), to facilitate payments for surgeries and medical services for the Bank’s customers through an attractive medical finance solutions that offer low profit rate financing.

The signing ceremony was held at the Hospital’s premises and attended by the Commander of the Royal Medical Services, Major General (Prof.) Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Ms. Fatema AlAlawi - Chief Retail Officer at Al Baraka Islamic Bank, and Mr. Ali AlDerzi – Head of Branches and Sales at Al Baraka Islamic Bank.

Fatema Al-Alawi, Chief Retail Officer at Al Baraka Islamic Bank, stated: “Bahrain Defense Force Hospital (BDF) continuously provides the maximum quality health care, and this medical agreement falls in line with our efforts to deliver the best level of services to our customers”.

Major General (Prof.) Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa - Commander of the Royal Medical Services stressed the keenness of Bahrain Defense Force Hospital to facilitate the access of its private medical services to all patients.

“The medical finance agreement with Al Baraka Islamic Bank is a step closer towards maintaining and strengthening BDF’s role as one of the major healthcare providers in the region.”
