Solidarity Bahrain hosts long service awards to honour employees

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Holding Group BSC, recently hosted a long service awards ceremony to honour its employees at its headquarters.

The ceremony witnessed the attendance of the executive management from Solidarity Group Holding and Solidarity Bahrain.

The event was streamed virtually to all staff to ensure compliance with precautionary measures.

During the event, employees who completed 5, 10 and 15 years of service received a certificate of appreciation from the executive management.

The appreciation event is held annually.

More than 40 Long Service Awards were handed over to employees for their dedicated commitment and loyalty.

Mohammed Awachi, AGM – Corporate Support, said: “The Long Service Awards comes as a testament to Solidarity Bahrain’s keenness to appreciate and continue to develop our human capital, as we believe our employees are our strongest assets.”

“The “long service award” is one of many employee recognition schemes designed to motivate, attract and retain the very best of people,” he added.
