RERA Launches Enhanced Real Estate Data Service on Aqari Platform
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) launched an upgraded Real Estate Data and Indicators service on the Aqari digital platform, aimed at improving access to reliable property market information and supporting smarter investment decisions.
The new service, available through the Aqari platform (Aqari.rera.gov.bh), is part of RERA’s ongoing efforts to enhance public services and accelerate digital transformation within Bahrain’s real estate sector.
The upgraded platform allows subscribers, including investors, real estate developers, and industry stakeholders, to access comprehensive and regularly updated real estate data and indicators from official sources.
RERA said the service will help users make better-informed decisions by providing accurate market information, reducing the time needed to conduct feasibility studies, and improving the efficiency of accessing and using real estate data.
The enhancement also includes a redesigned user interface and improved user experience, allowing users to search for properties using property numbers or locate them directly through an interactive map.
RERA Chief Executive Officer Ebrahim Mohamed Abul said the development reflects the authority’s commitment to adopting innovative digital solutions and strengthening digital transformation across Bahrain’s real estate sector.
He added that the initiative will enhance transparency, improve the quality and reliability of real estate information, and provide investors, developers, and other stakeholders with easier access to essential data, supporting sustainable growth and greater efficiency in the Kingdom’s property market.
