Tamkeen announces Bahrain’s Pavilion at GITEX Global 2025

The pavilion will showcase 14 Bahraini technology startups in addition to small and medium enterprises

The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) announced its organization of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Pavilion at the 2025 GITEX Global Exhibition, one of the largest international tech events, being held in Dubai, UAE, from October 13 – 17 October 2025.

Bahrain’s Pavilion will feature 14 Bahraini startups and SMEs from across the ICT sector, in addition to the Economic Development Board (EDB) and ARRAY Innovations.

Participation in GITEX Global offers Bahraini enterprises a valuable opportunity to showcase their projects to global visitors, helping them expand their customer base, connect with potential partners and investors and explore growth and expansion opportunities, and exchange knowledge with international experts. This contributes to the sustainability, productivity and growth of these businesses while also strengthening their impact on the national economy and enhancing their capacity to generate quality employment opportunities for Bahraini talent.

Bahraini companies achieved notable success at last year’s edition of the exhibition, as the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion attracted significant interest from various exhibition visitors. Additionally, seven agreements were signed between participating Bahraini enterprises and regional and international companies.

Tamkeen’s support for Bahraini companies taking part in GITEX Global 2025 aligns with its 2025 strategic priorities, which focus on enhancing the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping Bahrainis with suitable skills for career development in the private sector, and prioritizing enterprise growth, digitalization and sustainability, and supporting the development of the ecosystem surrounding the labor market and private sector.
