Emirates is introducing more of its next-generation Airbus A350 planes, along with upgraded Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s, all featuring Premium Economy, on flights to four cities in the Middle East and West Asia.
Passengers traveling to Amman, Mumbai, Muscat, and Bahrain will now have more opportunities to enjoy Emirates’ highly praised Premium Economy and Business Class cabins. The upgrades also ensure a consistent and comfortable experience when connecting through Dubai to other destinations served by the airline’s modern fleet.
New Aircraft Deployments:
Amman: From 26 October 2025, EK903/904 will operate with a four-class A380 featuring refreshed interiors, including Premium Economy. Both daily services will now feature the airline’s latest cabin products.
Mumbai: From 26 October, EK504/505 will be operated by a retrofitted Boeing 777, offering the latest cabin designs across 22 weekly flights.
Muscat: From 30 October, all nine weekly flights will feature Emirates’ signature Airbus A350 experience, including two flights (Thursday and Saturday) on the A350.
Bahrain: From 4 December, an additional retrofitted Boeing 777 will serve EK833/834 every Thursday, making Bahrain exclusively served by aircraft with Premium Economy and refreshed Business Class.
These updates increase Emirates’ Premium Economy offerings to more than 635 weekly flights. By winter 2025, the airline will serve 68 cities with Premium Economy-equipped aircraft, 36 of them exclusively featuring this cabin.
As demand for premium travel continues to rise, Emirates plans to offer over 2 million Premium Economy seats by the end of 2025, up from 1.8 million today. The airline’s large-scale retrofit program, one of the biggest in aviation history, is progressing quickly, with one aircraft refurbished every three weeks. So far, 67 aircraft have been upgraded, out of a planned 219, including 110 A380s and 109 Boeing 777s. Emirates also currently operates 9 A350s across 15 destinations.
