HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa during his visit to Kuwait
HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa stressed his constant wish to promote Bahrain’s deep-rooted ties with Kuwait, expressing appreciation of the Kuwaiti stances supportive to the Kingdom. This came as HRH the Prime Minister held talks with the Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah at Dasman Palace. HRH the Prime Minister hailed the contributions of the Amir of Kuwait to humanitarian work at the regional and global levels. The Premier exchanged Ramadan greetings with the Amir of Kuwait, praying to Almighty God to return the blessed occasion many years to come.
HRH the Prime Minister conveyed greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Amir of Kuwait, stressing keenness to constantly promote the deep-rooted bilateral relations to achieve the aspirations of the two countries and their people. The historical ties between the two countries were reviewed, as well as the bilateral and Gulf Cooperation. The two sides highlighted the depth of the solid bilateral relations and resolve to develop them in various fields.
They stressed to continue coordination and consultation to serve common interests. The Amir of Kuwait hosted an Iftar banquet in honour of HRH the Prime Minister and the accompanying delegation, which was also attended by Kuwait’s Crown Prince, Prime Minister and several senior officials. Following talks, HRH the Prime Minister was bid farewell by his Kuwaiti counterpart, Deputy Premiers, several senior Kuwaiti officials.
