A record-breaking launch was held for a new residential development project yesterday at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain. The project named Golden Gate is a joint venture between Bahrain-based Kooheji Golden Gate and Indian real estate companies Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing.

The grand launch of the Golden Gate project delivered a wide variety of technological displays unveiling the development through an exclusive first look at the property via a 360-degree virtual reality tour. Potential buyers and attendees at the event had the opportunity to feel and understand the minute details of the facilities the project has in the offing. Speaking to Tribune, Ishaq Al Kooheji, Chairman of Kooheji Golden Gate, said, “The innovation and creativity that we have shown will only propel Bahrain into the spotlight, making the Kingdom an exemplar of excellence in the real estate industry.

“Golden Gate is not just a residential project as much as it is a national pride, as it is the beginning of developing an alliance with foreign developers. We feel that it is our duty in this project to make a successful project, as an example for other investors and developers to attract them to Bahrain.”

Manoj Ajmera, the Managing Director of Ajmera Realty, said: “We are thrilled with the way the launch has taken off and are expecting a great success of this project while enhancing our relationship with the Kingdom.” Nayan Shah, Chairman of Mayfair Housing praised Bahrain Bay in its potential of being one of the best waterfront developments in the world.

He stated, “Bahrain was a great choice for our first international venture as Golden Gate Developers, and Bahrain Bay was the best place to begin our journey. We are impressed with the country’s business-friendly mentality and strong worth ethic, which has enabled us to create possibilities such as the Golden Gate project. “We hope to make a prestigious landmark. We are proud and honored to be involved and a part of this project.”
