‘Injaz Talk’ held in Bahrain

ManamaInjaz Bahrain held its second “Injaz Talk – Women in Banking” event at the HSBC headquarters, recently. Held as part of the International Women Day, the event shared the success stories of leading women in the banking industry.   HSBC’s female executive management revealed their inspiring journey to success, professional knowledge and shared personal experience as well as advice on how to overcome obstacles and accomplish achievements at the function. Commenting on the day Melika Betley, HSBC CEO in Bahrain said: “I was personally encouraged by the level of engagement and energy of the young men and women who participated knowing that they are the leaders of tomorrow. HSBC invests greatly in the development of young people, especially the development of employability skills, and we will continue to support the excellent programmes that INJAZ Bahrain presents.”

Hanaa Sarwani, INJAZ Bahrain COO stated: “We are proud to celebrate International Women’s Day with one of our key and strategic partners, HSBC. This forum, INJAZ Talk, has provided great opportunity for our Alumni to network and to walk away with learnings and life lessons that would help them in making more informed choices.
