Publishing info on case banned
Manama : Head of the Military Judiciary Brigadier Dr. Yusuf Rashid Flaifel yesterday said that the High Military Court has issued an order banning the publication of any information, data or news by any audio-visual, electronic or written media pertaining to Terror Case/2017/1 concerning the court trial of members of the terrorist cell that plotted attacks against the BDF. The order is aimed at ensuring witnesses’ right to legal protection.
