Almarai CC defeat Riffa Arabian Oryxes
Manama : Almarai CC scored 166/6 in 20 overs with the main scorers being Antony (70) and Aneesh (21) with Irfan (2/24) the best of the bowlers to defeat Riffa Arabian Oryxes who were dismissed for 136 in 20 overs (Khalid 48, Kasun 3/22, Krishna 2/33) by 30 runs in the latest matches of the Young Blaster sponsored CBA-BCL Golden League at the Busaiteen Grounds in Muharraq.
In another match, Rock Stars CC edged out Tornado Riders by 18 runs after 124/8 in 20 overs with Shaiju (21) and Ashok (2/20 the best of the bowlers.
Tornado Riders in reply were restricted to 106/9 in 20 overs with Manu (22) the main scorer and Shafi (5/11) the pick of the bowlers.
