Win for Downtown Rotana in Inter-Hotel cricket
Manama : Downtown Rotana edged out Gulf Hotel by one wicket in the Seven-a-Side Inter-Hotel Charity Cricket Tournament at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain.
Batting first, Gulf Hotel were bowled out for 43 in 5.5 overs with Qasim (15 of 10 deliveries, 1x6, 1x4) top scoring and Tawaaf (three for one) the pick of the bowlers.
In reply, Downtown Rotana reached the target scoring 44 for five in 5.4 overs with Tawaaf (8 off 14) the main scorer and Kamrul (two for two) the best of the bowlers.
In another match, Art Rotana beat IHE Bushido by 26 runs after making 60 for five in six overs thanks to top scorer Ajeeta (21 off 10, 3x6) with Naseem (one for four) the best bowler.
IHE Bushido in reply were then bowled out for 34 in fivers overs with Mohammad (11 off 4, 1x6, 1x4) top scoring and Rajita (one for one) being the best of the bowlers.

Movenpick 29/4 in 3.5 Overs (Santosh 22 off 13, 1x6 2x4, Biju 2/4) bt Le Meridien 26 all out in 5.3 Overs (Biju 14 off 10, 1x6, Anand 2/3) by two wickets.
Al Areen 76/3 (Roshan 24 off 15, 2x6, 2x4) bt Sheraton 17 all out in 5.3 overs (Saqib 6 off 6, Sampath 1/4) by 59 runs.
