Bahrain Leads GCC Judicial Meeting
The Public Prosecution of Bahrain chaired the 18th meeting of the GCC Joint Cooperation Committee for Public Prosecutors as part of the Kingdom’s current presidency of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The virtual meeting was chaired by Counselor Abdullah Isa Al Dosari, Head of the International Cooperation and Human Rights Office at Bahrain’s Public Prosecution, and attended by representatives from GCC member states.
Discussions focused on strengthening judicial cooperation, reviewing unified cooperation procedures, and improving the speed and efficiency of handling judicial requests among GCC countries.
Officials also stressed the importance of developing cooperation mechanisms in line with legal and technological advancements to enhance joint Gulf judicial work.
