Lane Closure Announced for Cable Works on Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Street
Manama: The Ministry of Works, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior, has announced a temporary lane closure to facilitate the extension of 400 kV electrical cables.
The works will require the staged closure of one lane on the right turn from Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Street onto Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Street, in the direction of Mina Salman. One lane will remain open to maintain traffic flow.
The closure will be in effect over the weekend, starting from Thursday, December 25, 2025, at 11:00 pm, until Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 5:00 am.
Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution, follow traffic regulations, and cooperate with on-site instructions to ensure public safety and the smooth progress of the works.
