Bahrain Celebrates National Holidays with Heritage and Cultural Festival
Hala bint Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari, Advisor to His Majesty the King for Cultural and Scientific Affairs, visited the Bahrain Holidays Festival at the Ras Hayan Heritage Village. The festival, organized by the Ministry of Information, celebrates Bahrain’s National Holidays and the 26th Accession Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
During her visit, she explored the festival’s artistic and heritage activities, as well as displays highlighting Bahrain’s civil and educational achievements. The festival also features traditional performances and folk arts that reflect the richness of Bahrain’s cultural heritage and national identity.
She emphasized that hosting such national events demonstrates the Kingdom’s continued support for culture and heritage, in line with the directives and vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to preserve the nation’s heritage and promote it during important national occasions.
At the conclusion of the visit, Al-Ansari praised the high level of organization of the Bahrain Holidays Festival and commended the professionalism of the organizers. She highlighted how the festival fosters national pride, strengthens community engagement with Bahrain’s authentic heritage, and helps educate younger generations about the country’s history and civilizational journey.
