The Head of the Tobacco Control Group at the Ministry of Health’s Public Health Directorate will serve as the committee’s rapporteur.

The resolution also allows the committee to seek input from experts and specialists when needed, without granting them voting rights.

The Minister of Health and relevant authorities are tasked with implementing the provisions of this resolution, which will take effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
