4-Year-Old Dies in Unauthorized Vehicle; Driver Arrested
Northern Police are investigating the death of a 4-year-old child found inside a vehicle not designated for transporting students.
The driver, a 40-year-old woman, has been arrested, and the Public Prosecution has been notified to carry out the necessary legal procedures.
