Housing Ministry and Housing Bank Launch Fourth Mobile Branch

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in collaboration with the Housing Bank, launched the fourth edition of the Mobile Branch Initiative for Housing Finance at City Centre Bahrain. The initiative runs from Wednesday, 3 September, to Sunday, 7 September, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Gate 1 of the mall.

The Ministry stated that the mobile branch initiative follows the success of the previous three editions, responding to the positive engagement from citizens and their requests to continue such programs. The initiative aims to increase awareness of housing finance services and provide easy access to them.

The mobile branch offers direct financial consultations, answering all questions related to housing finance rules and standards. Citizens can also learn about financing options available through participating banks using the “Bayti” digital calculator. The initiative also highlights social housing projects under the Government Land Development Rights Program, benefiting those enrolled in financing programs.

The Ministry emphasized that the “Bayti” real estate platform will be fully available at the mobile branch, showcasing around 13,000 properties under programs like “Tashil+,” “Tashil,” and the new “Mazaia” category, including units, plots, and apartments across all governorates. Citizens can book housing units and complete all procedures conveniently and instantly, providing a seamless experience through a single platform.

The Ministry and Housing Bank have organized housing finance exhibitions across shopping malls in various governorates, alongside the Innovation in Social Housing Conference and Exhibition, and continuous awareness lectures at ministries, companies, and public events to familiarize citizens with housing finance services.

The mobile branch initiative has been held successfully before, starting at Country Mall in the Northern Governorate, followed by Al Ramli Mall, and then The Avenues Mall in the Capital Governorate in August.
