Bahrain Celebrates Young Tech Entrepreneurs in Closing Ceremony of Youth Program
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce took part in the closing ceremony of the fifth edition of the “Youth Tech Entrepreneur” program, celebrating the achievements of young innovators and entrepreneurs who have demonstrated creativity, determination, and a passion for innovation.
This year’s edition featured talented students aged 16 to 25, who presented innovative entrepreneurial projects reflecting their dedication to technology and entrepreneurship. The event recognized their efforts and highlighted their potential as a generation poised to lead Bahrain’s future in innovation.
The ceremony was attended by Maram Al-Mohamid, Director of the Information Systems Department at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, along with prominent figures, parents, entrepreneurs, and representatives from supporting organizations. Ahmed Mohamed Buhazzaa, Chair of the program’s organizing committee, was also present.
During the event, sponsors and strategic partners were honored for their significant contributions to the program’s success. Among them were Al-Kooheji Charity Foundation, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Almarai Company, UNIDO, Amazon Web Services, and the Bahrain Bourse.
The program continues to serve as a platform for nurturing Bahrain’s young tech talent and encouraging innovation-driven entrepreneurship.
