Bahrain is currently enduring oppressive weather conditions, with midnight temperatures reaching 34°C and humidity levels peaking at 93%.
According to international weather sources, this combination has resulted in a feels-like temperature of approximately 45°C.
Discomfort
The Meteorology Department attributed the discomfort to high humidity and weak winds, which are varying between 5 and 10 knots.
The low wind activity has significantly reduced natural ventilation, intensifying the sensation of suffocation across the country.
On Sunday, Bahrain recorded a high of 45°C, with overnight lows not falling below 30°C.
Advisory
Authorities have urged the public to avoid direct sun exposure and strenuous outdoor activity
