iGA’s ID Card Centre at Seef Mall - Arad has been awarded the Gold Category classification for the fourth time in the government’s annual Taqyeem evaluation, which measures the performance of service centres across the Kingdom.

The award was presented as part of the fifth edition of the Taqyeem Government Service Centre Evaluation Programme, overseen by the Institute of Public Administration and its evaluation committee.

The Seef Mall - Arad branch was among a select group to achieve the Gold rating, which is based on metrics such as accessibility, clarity of procedures, and the availability of multiple service channels.

According to officials, improvements were made in response to feedback received during the previous evaluation cycle, including better integration with the Tawasul platform and clearer service flow.

iGA response

Ms. Dua’a Sultan Mohamed, Deputy Chief Executive of Statistics and Population Registry at the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), said the award was a reflection of the team’s effort to enhance customer-facing services.

She noted that both in-person and digital services had been streamlined to reduce wait times and improve access.

Ms. Sultan also credited policy direction from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for shaping broader reforms in public service delivery.

Continued backing from His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, was also acknowledged.

Customer focus

iGA said the centre’s fourth Gold award showed progress on both internal reform and user satisfaction. “The award reflects direct action on citizen feedback,” Ms. Sultan said, pointing to enhanced staff training and revised workflows as recent changes.
