Shaikh Salman for VIP sport personnel post
Manama : Asian Football Confederation (AFC) president and FIFA’s vice president Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa has presented himself as a candidate for the VIP sport personnel post at the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC).
Shaikh Salman, who is also Supreme Council for Youth and Sports general secretary and BOC vice president, has filled in the official form for this post at the BOC’s general secretariat office in Seef.
The BOC board consists of 12 members, including the board of directors president, the general secretary, seven members and one seat for the VIP sport personnel.
BOC has already announced that its next General Assembly and the elections will take place on June 13, while the last date for accepting candidates forms is May 23 for the next three-year term.
