Horse show concludes

Manama : The Late HH Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa Horse Beauty Championship concluded on Thursday amid rounds of applause from the large number of spectators present at the event, hosted by the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club.

The last day of the event, organised on the sidelines of the World Arabian Horse Organisation (WAHO) Conference, was attended by HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Championship (BREEF) and Deputy Chairman of the High Organising Committee of WAHO Conference, in addition to Peter Pond, President of WAHO and several members of the executive committee of the Organisation.

At the end of competition, Shaikh Faisal crowned the winners for the top three places in the various categories of the competition that witnessed close results between participants.

Shaikh Faisal applauded the performances shown during the contest and efforts of the owners of the horses that participated.

The curtain came down on the event with Shaikh Faisal exchanged commemorative plates with Pond who praised the Royal patronage to the event and thanked the Kingdom of Bahrain for making the WAHO Conference a huge success.
